November 29th we headed to Mozambique with almost all of the Samaria Mission staff. The Mullins and Ngobeni's were not able to join us due to schedule conflicts. This has been a trip that has been talked about for years and we were finally able to go. The purpose of this trip was as a team to plan, travel together, share meals, William worked through a study on Nehemiah with the team each evening and we enjoyed the fellowship with the team as well as family time.
We headed to the coast of Mozambique and camped at a place called Morrungulo. It was absolutely beautiful. We could see the ocean from our tent window and slept every night listening to the waves. Incredible for sure!
It took us two very long and hard days of travel to get there and on the return as well. There were challenges along the way but we praise the Lord for His protection! We saw parts of Mozambique we have never seen. There were times we felt like we were literally in the middle of nowhere and I am pretty sure we were! I wanted to share a few photos from our two weeks away. We praise the Lord for this opportunity He gave us away as a team.
