We leave 5 months from today!

Sorry it has been so long since our last update. We have been busy going through the house and preparing for a 2 day garage sale next weekend. It feels so good to get rid of STUFF. I can't believe how much we have accumulated in the 12 1/2 years we have lived in this house.

We are still working on the VISAs. They say the turn around is about 5 days, so we have a little time to finish the details. We have so many things that have to accompany the VISA application. We already have our TB tests and medical exams finished. We are all in good health. Praise the Lord. We also have our passport pictures that are needed for the VISAs. Just a few more details to be taken care of and then we will send them off.

We are also very excited about an opportunity to speak at another church here in town in April and share with them what God is doing in our lives as well as Samaria Mission.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support. We are asking for you to continue to pray for our family.

Here are a FEW of the many praises ...
- our health
- the support that has been coming in

Here are a few of the specific requests ...
- for our family to remain healthy during the next few months
- for our support to continue to come together
- for all the last minute details to come together for our VISAs
- for us as we prepare to speak at another church in April

Hi Alicia! I've just finally been able to catch up on your blog. Exciting stuff going on! I can't believe you guys have a departure date already! YAY! You'll be leaving about a week after we finish up our orientation....if we make it to orientation in April. So excited to see how God is providing for you guys. I'll be praying as you continue to purge and pack stuff. We have our first church scheduled to talk with in about two weeks, so that's exciting for us. More and more we are thinking of what's to come, while trying to wrap up where we are. It's challenging as I'm sure you understand. I'm trying hard to be still and not miss what the Lord has for me (us) today. It's easy to miss things in this in-between state we find ourselves in. Keep in touch!!!
