As of today we are fully funded for the trip this summer! Praise the Lord! He amazes us each year how He continues to provide a way for us to go to Mozambique to serve and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who have never heard.
We have been busy around the house. We just finished a "deep" cleaning. We also painted all of the walls, base boards, doors and door frames. We fixed some places on the floor that needed to be repaired and replaced some fans that needed to be replaced. Now it is time to start packing for our trip.
Please continue to pray for us and our team as we prepare physically and spiritually. Pray that we will each spend time in the Word with God and that He will fill us to overflowing with everything that we need to share with people of Mozambique. Pray for the health of our team members and our families. Pray for safe travel. Pray that God will continue to prepare the hearts of the people in Mozambique. We also ask that you would pray for the extra week that we will spend there this year. We will meet with leaders of the Christ Baptist Church and Samaria Mission. We will also get to see more of Polokwane which is the town we will live in. We are excited to see all God has for us.
When Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. sounds like you've had some exciting few weeks!! The whole car thing is amazing! And I see you are getting ready to leave for Africa! I will be praying because i know this is a very special trip for you and the hixons. Miss you guys so much and can't wait to hear what's happened!!!
